You can cancel your order and return it for a full refund, including sale items.

14 days to cancel, then 14 days to send it back

• You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to cancel. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrives.
• Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
• To cancel, email support@legende-paris.com with your order number and the items you are returning. You can also use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.

Condition of items

Please try items on as you would in a shop. Keep tags attached and return items unworn, unwashed and free from marks, make-up or fragrance. If an item has been handled more than necessary to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending items back unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Your refund

• We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you giving us proof you have sent them, whichever is sooner.
• We refund to your original payment method. If you cancel the whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only.
• Discount codes and gift card amounts are refunded as they were applied to the order. Free gifts sent with an order should be returned with it if you return the whole order.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, tell us when you email and we will reserve it where stock allows. Otherwise return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, email support@legende-paris.com with photos within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return and a full refund, including delivery. After 30 days we will repair or replace the item, or refund you if that is not possible. This does not affect your legal rights.

Preorders

Preorder items follow the same 14 + 14 from the day they are delivered. You can also cancel a preorder at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. See our preorder terms.

International orders

The same 14 + 14 applies. You pay return postage and any customs charges on the way back. Duties and taxes charged at import are refunded where we can recover them.
