Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on legende-paris.com. Please read them with our returns policy, shipping policy, preorder terms and privacy policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This website is run by LÈGENDE PARIS LIMITED ("we", "us"), company number 10330295, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C, Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett Street, Manchester M12 6AE. Trading address: 49B Derby Street, Manchester M8 8HW. VAT number GB302089240. 2. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean we have accepted it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched (or, for preorders, when we confirm your preorder). If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there is an error in the price, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

If you are under 18, please order with the permission of a parent or guardian. Our products are for personal use; we may decline orders that appear to be for resale.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you ordered.

If we have clearly mispriced an item, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you pay with a buy now, pay later provider, that provider's own terms also apply to your payment.

4. Discount codes and promotions

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be used on items already reduced in a sale, or on products marked as excluded, unless the offer says otherwise. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Each promotion's own terms (dates, eligible products) are shown with the promotion.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are in our shipping policy and at checkout. Unless we agree a different date with you (for example a preorder dispatch date), we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we are delayed by events outside our control, we will tell you and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.

The items are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by you unless checkout says they are included.

6. Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the items back. This includes sale items. Full details, including how refunds work and who pays return postage, are in our returns policy.

7. Faulty items

We are under a legal duty to supply items that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. Contact support@legende-paris.com with your order number and photos. Items sold as samples or seconds are described on their product pages; you can't claim for differences or marks we pointed out before you bought.

8. Preorders

Preorder items show a dispatch date on the product page. Our preorder terms explain what happens if there is a delay and how to cancel before dispatch.

9. Product information

We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Size guides are on each product page. Images are for illustration and small differences in trims or washes can occur between batches.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the items, including the right to receive items that are as described and of satisfactory quality.

11. Using our website

All content on this website, including the LÈGENDE and LÈGENDE PARIS trade marks, logos, designs, photographs, video and text, belongs to LÈGENDE PARIS LIMITED or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, sell or use it commercially without our written permission. You must not misuse the website, for example by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping content.

12. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos (for example by tagging us), you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful. We may use content you send or tag us in on our website and social channels, crediting you where possible. We will ask before using images that show you in paid advertising. Contact us if you want something removed.

13. Complaints

If you have a problem, email support@legende-paris.com and we will try to resolve it quickly.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
