When you preorder, you are buying an item that is not yet in stock. These terms sit alongside our returns policy.
Dispatch date
Each preorder item shows its own dispatch date on its product page, in your basket and in your order confirmation. We will dispatch each item on or before its date. Delivery times after dispatch are as shown at checkout.
Payment
We take full payment when you place your preorder.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel a preorder at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@legende-paris.com with your order number. We refund you in full, including delivery, within 14 days.
After delivery
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to send items back, exactly as for any other order. See our returns policy.
If there is a delay
If we expect to miss the dispatch date we will email you before it passes with a new date. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot dispatch within 30 days after the original dispatch date, we will cancel and refund you unless you tell us you are happy to keep waiting.
Orders with in-stock and preorder items
In-stock items are dispatched straight away. Preorder items follow separately, on or before their own dispatch date, so an order with items on different dates arrives in more than one parcel. You pay delivery once, at checkout, and get tracking for each parcel. Your 14 days to cancel each item start when that item is delivered.
Sizes and quantities
Preorder quantities are limited. If we cannot fulfil your size, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund you in full.
Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined with sale prices. Preorder prices are the full price unless shown otherwise.
