Returns & Exchanges with Légende Paris

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Items must be unworn and have all original labels attached.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to notify us that you want to make a return.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
All online purchases, including sale and discounted items, are fully eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
All original tags and packaging must be fully attached and intact.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the garments show signs of wear, makeup, stains, or odours.

We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receipt.
Please note that this process may take longer during public holidays.
We will refund the full price you paid for the garments.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund your original standard outbound shipping fee.
If you return only part of your order, the original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you paid for an enhanced delivery option (such as Special Delivery), we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery tier.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can make it right and cover your return postage.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@legende-paris.com with your order number and the items you wish to send back. We will provide you with further instructions if needed.
Use recorded delivery to ensure your package is trackable.
Email us all relevant information to avoid any issues, as we're not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
